3 Months Old!
Jude turned 3 months old on December 8. I would have posted sooner but blogger was acting up saying I ran out of room. Better late than never!
Jude is so smiley now. He talks ALL the time. He is happy 99% of the time. He loves being held by anyone. He wears size 2 diapers. He can stand with your help. He loves nursing or eating from a bottle.
He loves taking baths and cuddling. He loves toys, especially his sock monkey.
He still loves his pacifier. We love everything about him!
Babymoon: Cambria + Monterey
Looking back at these photos makes me feel really good about myself as I can see how huge I was and now I feel much smaller (still have a long way to go). We wanted to go on a trip before baby arrived and decided to drive up the coast because neither of us really had as adults and wanted to enjoy the cooler weather.
A stop in Pismo
Me at Linn's farmstand in Cambria
Elephant Seals
Cannery Row in Monterey
Me + John Steinbeck. We are both classic literature lovers so Monterey was a fun little place to visit. I also had just read Cannery Row and Sweet Thursday so of course I had to find:
Doc's Lab
We also had to do the Monterey 17 Mile drive. SO gorgeous. Driving past Pebble Beach Golf Course was exciting and hard for David. He'll be back someday to play!
Last stop at the pier across from Hearst Castle

Halloween Festivities
Our first Halloween activity of the month was the fun stuff we did at the Great Park in Irvine. Soon after we carved pumpkins with the Shaws for the second year in a row. The Thursday before Halloween we went to my parent's trunk-or-treat for their ward. The Sunday before we went to Dustin + Chelsea's for a little Halloween celebration. The day before Halloween we took Jude to his first pumpkin patch to take some pictures. They turned out so cute! On the actual day we passed out candy with my family in Corona. We had a lot of celebrating this month!
Reading Berenstain Bears
The corpse bride, Alice and the boxer.
He grew so fast that he barely fitted in his costume.
David's mummy pumpkin.
On the left is my brother and this is how he dresses every day.
On the right is a kid from our ward dressed as a hobo.
I noticed they looked a little similar and had to get a photo.
