saturday night we went camping in american fork canyon and decided to hike up to the caves so we could see the stalactites. It was pretty cool...

happy birthday jean!

Today is my mother in law's birthday so I thought i'd do a little post about her. Jean is by far one of the nicest people I know. She accepted me into the family right away when david and i started dating and always made me feel welcome. Her and david's dad have let us live with them at various times during transitions in our lives. she works harder at her job, her calling and her family than anyone i know! she'll go out of her way to help someone out. david put it perfectly on his myspace when he put her as his hero saying 'my mom [is my hero] because she's the best person i've ever known!'
she's creative. she raised a great family and finished school at the same time. she loves chloe so much, which makes me excited for how she'll be with our kids.
