So, I guess these are the rules of the game... Each player answers the questions about themselves. At the end of the post, the player tags 4 people and posts their names, then goes to their blog and leaves them a comment, letting them know that they are tagged.

Friday Night
We had a fun double date with Greg and Cori to a delicious Indian place in Colton on Friday night. We were so glad Greg was willing to pull himself away from studying for a bit to hang out. After dinner, Greg went back to studying and Cori went with David and me to see Be Kind, Rewind. We ran into Garen & Randi and Liz and Kellie there and had fun all sitting together! The movie was good and we were glad to get out.

My Goal
I've been inspired (by fellow bloggers, my sister-in-law Chelsea who looks absolutely amazing after running a marathon and the recent Swimsuit edition of Sports Illustrated) to get into shape...and stay that way. I've been wanting to do something for a long time, to change my lifestyle that is, and I think by saying that I'm going to do it on here will help me keep it up. I'm not down on myself or anything, I just know how I can be and the fact that I'm so far from it is irritating to me. Anyway...I'm making a game plan. I know I can do it! Here's some things I'm going to work on from Eatbetteramerica.com.
*Take a moment. Settle down in a place where you can enjoy a relaxing meal without distraction. Not on a TV tray. Not at your work desk. Instead, sit at a table in a pleasant, quiet atmosphere--whether that's in your dining room or outdoors on a deck.
Make each mouthful an event.
*Pay attention to every sensation: what the food looks like, what it smells like, the texture of each bite, and, of course, the taste.
*Turn off the distractions. No TV, newspaper, or magazine. Only soothing music or light conversation.
*Lose track of time. When we eat mindfully, we appreciate what we eat, it usually takes longer, and we may eat less. A bowl of ice cream can take 20 minutes to eat!
*Find opportunities for movement--they're everywhere. Whenever possible, take advantage of chances to be more active. Always park at the back of parking lots, and seek out stairwells. Instead of making lunch plans with a friend, plan a walk. When you invite friends over for a visit, invite them to play outdoor games instead of only to eat dinner. If you work in an office, take a two-minute break every hour--climb stairs, do jumping jacks, try pushups or sit-ups, or just walk briskly around the perimeter of your office area. Do any activity to get your body moving and your blood flowing.

Blake Dougles Fenn
Do you guys know my cousin Blake? Well, he's pretty much the coolest kid ever. Me and him didn't get along so well when we first met, but after a kiss on the hand things turned to gold. We've been close ever since! Anyway, he's one of the things we're looking forward to when we move to Provo. Here's some good memories of him and David, who've been best buds for way longer than me and him!
Valentine's!
We spent Thursday and Friday in Anaheim at Disneyland for V-Day. We stayed at the Mariott and he surprised me with a bouquet in the room! We ate at Ruth's Chris for dinner and had the best calamari ever!! We really enjoyed getting away this Valentine's Day since we don't have a house to ourselves currently, and last year we went to mutual for v-day and the year before we both had class...so this was a fun change. Check out this bouquet...I love irises, especially since iris is my middle name. David has such good taste!

Visitors
It looks like we've had our last visitors while living in Lake Arrowhead. We're moving out of our house this Friday and hopefully to Utah very soon.
Cindel and Ryan came up this weekend and we had a really great time. Cindel came up with great Valentine's Day surprise that we could do for our husbands so we spend a big chunk of Saturday trying to get it done. It snowed again but it's not supposed to again for a while so we're hoping it melts by the time we have to move. We can't even see the camry, it's completely covered.
